Beautiful scenic location with a relaxing pool area.
The air conditioning in our room leaked badly, which was quite uncomfortable. I expressed my concern to the staff, but it was disappointing that it wasn't fixed promptly during our stay. Also, we found the breakfast options limited and service rather slow, which added to our frustrations.

What they got right and wrong
The view was amazing, and the Junior Suite was delightful with a charming balcony. The food at the restaurant was superb, especially the goat stew that left us wanting more.
Inconsistent breakfast service was an issue, with limited options and delayed service. Additionally, there were complaints about the air conditioning not functioning properly during our stay.

The jacuzzi feature in the room was a notable highlight, providing a relaxing spot to unwind after a long day. The balcony offered a charming view that made the space feel more inviting.
The check-in process left much to be desired, with a distinct lack of attention to guests, especially during meal times. The Junior Suite we booked had multiple inconveniences, such as an uninviting decor that was too dark, and issues with mosquitoes. the absence of nets was a glaring oversight. The bathroom bin was rusty, which made it feel less than cleanly, and privacy was compromised with a toilet hidden behind a flimsy curtain. Furthermore, the promised king-sized bed was replaced with a queen, leading to discomfort during our stay.

The Junior Suite with Garden View offered a fantastic panoramic view that made mornings special. The staff provided warm hospitality that set a lovely tone for our visit. Dining at the restaurant was a highlight, with exceptional local dishes that simply impressed us.
While the overall experience was enjoyable, breakfast service felt inconsistent and options were somewhat limited.

Our group had a wonderful time here! The beautiful swimming pool and stunning views were perfect after a long day of hiking. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and we enjoyed delicious meals at the restaurant. We also visited a nearby beach and a charming local vineyard, which made for great memories.
However, one room had a round massage bath with a very low roof, making it hard for a proper shower.

Warm hospitality with a delightful welcome drink set the tone for our stay, complemented by spectacular food that showcased local flavors, including sensational smoked meat. However, one of the rooms we booked featured a low-roofed bathtub that hindered proper shower use, and location-wise, it's a bit off the path to the coast. Despite these drawbacks, the stunning views and tranquil pool area provided a much-needed retreat after a long day of activities.

Just a nice choice for an overnight stay in Guemes with fantastic value for money. The rooms were well appointed and clean, although one had a round massage bath with a very low roof, making it tough for a proper shower. Try to request a room with a shower if that’s important for you.
